Abstract
This document contains information concerning actions taken in FY 89 to implement Total Quality Management at Defense Contract Administration Services Region, Boston. Results of Quality Improvement efforts are discussed in detail. Management by planning vision elements which drive the DCASR Boston approach to management are customer focus, process focus and measures of vision attainment.
