Fixed Points of Expansive Analytic Maps.
Abstract
It is well-known that non-expansive maps of a closed disk have a fixed point. Expansive maps of a closed disk need not have point. It is shown that an analytic quadratic and expansive map of a closed disk K always has a fixed point in K. (kr)
