Abstract

It was the purpose of the Symposium on Chemical Precursors to Ceramics to promote exchange of information among chemists and materials scientists engaged in studies related to the chemistry of materials. Participants were chosen to represent perspectives of industrial, academic, and national Laboratories. Molecular Growth Pathways in Silica Sol-Gel Processing, topics addressed included sol-gel processing and organometallic precursors.
