Abstract

This is Supplement 16 to the Engineer Topographic Laboratories (ETL) Bibliography of In-House and Contract Reports. This supplement provides author and title indexes, abstracts, and AD numbers for the 1987, 1988 and 1989 additions to the continuing bibliography. It also contains a complete title index designed to be used in conjunction with the 16 published bibliographies and refers to them by year and number.
