Computer Code Validation in Electromagnetics

Abstract

This is a discussion of some key elements and issues that contribute to a perception of the validity for an electromagnetic modeling code. A perception of validity implies that the user has confidence that within his experience he can produce credible analysis (results) with a given electromagnetic modeling code. This user perception of validity is based on documentation, peer review, user experience and computer resource management. Keywords: Electromagnetic environment effects; Electromagnetic interference; Reprints. (jhd)
