This white paper details the AIRMICS (Army Institute for Research in Management Information, Communications, and Computer Sciences) technology transfer program. The white paper examines the technology transfer general issues, barriers to technology transfer, the technology transfer process, and general attributes of a technology transfer program. These factors will then be related to a more specific technology transfer program which is beginning to be implemented within ISC. (kr)
