HEC-5 Simulation of Flood Control and Conservation Systems. Simplified Version of Exhibit 8. Input Description for Flood Control Operation of Single Event Floods

Abstract

This manual was developed from the march 1985 Exhibit 8 by eliminating the input description for various cards and card fields not thought to be necessary for real time flood control operations. Any of the eliminated cards or card fields can be used in a real time simulation by modifying the data file using instructions from the complete March 1985 (or later) Exhibit 8 Manual. This input description describes program capabilities through the March 1985 updates which deals with a single event flood operated for flood control. Full input capabilities are described in the full Exhibit 8 Manuel. This exhibit contains a detailed description of variables on each appropriate input card. User manuals; Computer programs.
