Optical Instrumentation Support for the Airborne Ionospheric Observatory

Abstract

This report summarizes activities during this 3 1/2 year contract, with special emphasis on Year 3. Included is a description of software development for instrument control and calibration, hardware modifications and improvements, mission support for field trips, optics improvements, instrument maintenance, and data analysis.
