Assessment System for Aircraft Noise (ASAN) Citation Database. Volume 2

Abstract

The Assessment System for Aircraft Noise (ASAN) includes a database of several thousand references to the literature on the impact of noise and sonic booms on humans, animals and structures. Bibliographic data, abstracts and critical reviews of key documents can be retrieved. This report is the manual for the database maintenance module. It is only intended for use by the critical maintenance organization to prepare new releases of the database. Several programs used to add, delete and update the database are discussed are needed together with Vol. II to properly maintain the database.
