Abstract
A literature search was performed to determine the state-of-the-art in modeling the electromagnetic wave reflection and transmission of periodic arrays of metallic and resistive patches in multilayer structures. The list of reference is attached. A preferred computational method was selected that could be implemented within the the resource constraints of this contract. Satisfactory implementation of the algorithm was not completed before the work was stopped.
