A Study of Leadership and How Leadership is Evaluated through the Use of the Read/Act Model

Abstract

Leadership evaluation is an on-going process. Squadron Officer School uses the Read/Act Model to evaluate student leadership performance during the course of their activities. This study evaluates the leadership of Sun Tzu, Napoleon, Lt Gen Jimmie Doolittle, Gen Giap and Castro using the Read/Act Model. By trying the past to the present, Squadron Officer School students will have concrete examples to study for the application of the Read/Act model. (eg)
