Directorate for Information Management User Survey
Abstract
This report summarizes the findings of a survey of military an d civilian employees of the U.S. Aviation Systems Command and the U.S. Army Troop Support Command. The survey was conducted to assess the products and services of the Directorate for Information Management, Information Systems Command, St. Louis, MO. Approximately 700 employees completed a questionnaire organized to correspond to the major functional areas of the Directorate for Information Management. The results showed that employees frequently used the products and services, found them to be important to the conduct of their jobs, and were generally satisfied with what they were receiving. Analyses of several of the major functional areas and all questionnaire items are reproduced in an Appendix. It is recommended that the results of the survey be used to prioritize efforts to improve products and services and that the survey be readministered periodically to assess improvement. (SDW)
