Prime Contract Awards in Labor Surplus Areas is published annually for fiscal years 1989 and 1990 due to statistical anomalies in the first half of fiscal 1989. Semiannual publication of this report will resume in fiscal year 1991. This report provides detailed information on Department of Defense (DOD) prime contract awards over $25,000 for performance in labor surplus areas.
