Abstract

This study was performed to develop a methodology for establishing medical clerk requirements within the outpatient clinics at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH), Fort Campbell, Kentucky. In conclusion the author states that the work study method of analysis can be effectively utilized to establish medical clerk requirements in the ambulatory care area.
