Abstract
This statement concerns a proposal, to perform work pursuant to the Environmental Management Program (EMP) - Habitat Rehabilitation and Enhancement Program (HREP) at the location known as Big Timber, Louisa County, Iowa. Bit Timber is a management unit of the Louisa Division of the Mark Twain National Wildlife Refuge. This project primarily involves dredging to restore lost aquatic habitat and wetland values. (jhd)
