A Study to Establish Baseline Data on the Retiree Population's Perceptions of Access and Health Care Delivered through Outpatient Services at Ireland Army Community Hospital

Abstract

This study was done to recapture the retiree population around IACH, Ft. Knox, KY and to implement a marketing strategy which would attempt to recapture a portion of the retiree market segment that had been diverted to the civilian medical community.
