A Study to Determine the Most Efficient Provision of Surgical Care at Darnall Army Community Hospital

Abstract

This study was performed to determine the most efficient method to provide surgical care at Darnall Army Community Hospital which would allow maximal utilization of personnel and facilities without decreasing the quality of care provided. The paper concluded by recommending that Darnall go on a same day surgery program with the Chief of Surgery deciding on cases needing overnight care. Keywords: Medical services; Health care.
