A Ground Force Concept for Low Intensity Conflict

Abstract

This thesis examines the trends in inter- and intra-state warfare, threats to U.S. security, and the current US warfighting concept. It then points out the deficiencies of the U.S. concept and develops a force structure to meet the changing nature of the threat as it applies to the U.S. Army.
