Software Management, Acquisition, and Development Occupation Survey Report SMAD

Abstract

This report summarizes the results of three occupational surveys of Air Force specialties and occupational series associated with software management, acquisition, and development duties. The surveys were requested by the Software Management Group (HQ USAF/SCW) as part of the Software Management Broad Area Review. The USAF Occupational Measurement Center's purpose in conducting these surveys is to: (1) identify personnel performing software management, acquisition, and development functions, and (2) identify the software management, acquisition, and development functions being performed. The surveys were completed by the Occupational Analysis Division, USAF Occupational Measurement Center.
