Special Purpose Spatial Light Modulators

Abstract

This document provides results of improvements of the quality of laser-crystallized silicon film of (lead lanthanum zirconate titanate). Dual- beam crystallization to optimize the PLZT film growth conditions by magnetron sputtering was used to study different GaAs growth conditions on sapphire and to measure various organic electro-optic modulator characteristics provided by Celanese.
