Investigation and Design of U-Frame Structures Using Program CUFRBC. Volume B. User's Guide for Basins

Abstract

The computer program CUFRBC can be used to investigate or design basins or channels for a variety of load conditions based on a two-dimensional frame analysis of a 1-ft slice of the U-frame. Effects of drains and anchors may be included, and the program offers a variety of options concerning the computation of soil pressures. Thus, the program has sufficient versatility to suffice for preliminary designs, final designs, or in-depth investigations. Keywords: Basins (geographic); Drainage; User manuals; Hydraulic structure; Reinforced concrete; Structural design; Computer programs.
