Research Proposal Quarterly Status Report.
Abstract
The Research Proposal Quarterly Status Report lists all the research proposals received by AFOSR in the previous six months along with the action taken (Initiated, Declined or Withdrawn) on each report. The report is divided into two parts. The Institution index lists proposals alphabetically by institution. This is followed by a more detailed listing by Directorate, and by Program Manager within the Directorate. This report is designed to inform other Government sponsoring agencies of the proposals received by the AFOSR and the action taken on these proposals. Readers must keep in mind that declined proposals should not necessarily be considered as scientifically unacceptable; many declinations result from a lack of funds or as a result of special programmatic emphasis.
