Abstract

This publication is one of three technical notes that supplement the CATS (Computer-Based Instruction Authoring Tools System) user's manual. This guide is intended for students who are taking the computer-based version of the Defense Systems Management College's Funds Management and Tools for Program Management and Tools for Program Management lessons.
