CAD/CAM Feasibility Study

Abstract

This report addresses the effectiveness and capabilities of computer- aided design and digital and analog simulation in an R&D microprocessor environment. The range of tools available, present capabilities of CAD/CAM systems, and complex modeling features are presented and explained. Advanced computer-aided engineering and simulation tools may assist in testing new theories and developing complex hardware and software systems in a more expedient manner. (Author) (KR)
