The papers presented at the Twenty-Eighth Annual Conference of the Military Testing Association came from the business, educational, and military communities, both foreign and domestic. The papers reflect the opinions of their authors only and are not to be construed as the official policy of any institution, government, or branch of the armed services. 1) Computerized adaptive screening test. 2) Personnel assessment and technological advances. 3) Relative precision of paper-and-pencil and computerized adaptive tests. 4) Correlations of computer-adaptive test time measures with Thetas and a Criterion measure.
