Methodology Investigation of Software Maturity Model Validation

Abstract

This report covers phase I of an investigation to identify methods of quantitatively assessing software reliability. A set of candidate software reliability models were screened for potential use in estimating reliability parameters. Other techniques were examined briefly. Finally, the various methods were evaluated with respect to applicability during developmental testing. (Author) (kr)
