Community Satisfaction: Implications for Army Communities

Abstract

Because the quality of a community has a tremendous effect on the lives of its citizens, the Army is committed to making the Army community a better place for military member and their families to live and work. This paper reviews the literature to summarize the important factors contributing to satisfaction in civilian and military requirements. Keywords: Army community, Cohesion, Satisfaction, Family.
