Electromagnetic Properties of High T(C) Superconductors

Abstract

Investigation concerns the high frequency properties of various high T(c) superconductors. The key parameter which is studied in the micro- and millimeter wave spectral range is the surface impedance Z(s). It is one of the parameters which reflects the electrodynamics of the superconducting state. At the same time it is perhaps the most important technical parameter which determines the application potential of the superconductors for high frequency passive components and devices. (RH)
