Analysis of Hydroxylammonium Nitrate Based Liquid Propellants

Abstract

Chemical analysis of hydroxlammonium nitrate (HAN) based liquid propellants have matured over the past twenty years, and various techniques have been offered to meet particular requirements at particular times. This has resulted in a plethora of technology built by several authors, and it now seems prudent to summarize those methods selected by our Laboratory to best characterize propellant.
