Modifications to the Group 4 Validation System

Abstract

The purpose of this effort was the development of the software necessary to support the establishment of a Raster Testing System which will test for conformance to CCITT Recommendation T.6. Recommendation T.6 defines the compression algorithm for Group 4 Facsimile. T.6 Compression Testing is part of the general Group 4 Validation System which when complete will test the upper layer protocols of Group 4 Facsimile.
