Improving Spectral Fits of Absorption Data Taken with an Array Detector: Wavelength 'Linearization'
Abstract
Wavelength 'linearization' is incorporated into a least squares fitting routine tailored for optical absorption spectra taken with a photodiode array. In general, the wavelength linearization algorithm improves the quality of the fits; in some cases, the standard deviation of the fits is improved by more than a factor of two. (js)
