Abstract

On March 21-23, 1988, a conference on Reconstructing NATO Strategy for the 1990s was held in Ebenhausen, West Germany, bringing together government officials and defense analysts from the United States, the Federal Republic of Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. This report summarizes the conference presentations and discussions, concentrating on the main issues raised at the conference concerning the future of NATO strategy. (EDC)
