Repository Guidelines and Standards for the Software Technology for Adaptable, Reliable Systems

Abstract

This document recommends specific ways to collect, store, manage select, and retrieve reusable software. It defines guidelines and standards for the contents of the a software reuse library, and proposed tools to enforce these standards. It outlines the criteria that reuse library processes and guidelines must meet. Also addressed are the underlying reuse library concepts.
