Enlisted Personnel Allocation System

Abstract

The U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences, with the assistance of the General Research Corporation, undertook a project to modernize and improve the way the Army determines an individual's Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) at time of enlistment. Researchers developed the Enlisted Personnel Allocation System (EPAS). This report is the final report for the EPAS project.
