Chemical Preparation Laboratory for IND Candidate Compounds

Abstract

During the reporting period several classes of compounds were prepared on scales ranging from several grams to kilogram quantities. These classes of IND candidate compounds can be subdivided into modified nucleosides, alkaloids with synthetically modified precursors and analogues, and miscellaneous heterocycles that possess biological activities. All compounds were submitted for antiviral testing. (JS)
