Abstract

In response to your requests, this report reviews the Navy's fiscal year 1991 funding request for Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) as well as associated fiscal year 1990 appropriations. The results of a final review are discussed in more detail in appendixes I and II of this report. We identified potential reductions in RDT&E of $777.614 million--$534.910 million for fiscal year 1991 and $242.704 million for fiscal year 1990. (EMR)
