Mesoscale Eddies and Fronts

Abstract

The objectives of this grant comprised investigations of oceanic geostrophic turbulence and another mesoscale processes related to eddies and fronts, a numerical study of internal tides, and the organization of an international colloquium on oceanic vortices.
