Fundamental Concepts of Cost-Benefit Analysis

Abstract

This handbook has been designed for use by problem solving groups such as Quality Circles and total Quality Management Teams, and by others with no experience in performing Cost-Benefit Analysis. Its purpose is to describe the Cost-Benefit Analysis process, discuss the steps in preparing one, and identify the techniques used. Practical exercises illustrate the concepts and a glossary is included to define terms used.
