Abstract

This document provides information to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center's (NAVSWC's) Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation. The main objective is to show that Information Technology (IT) is an essential enabler to TQM. TQM will enable the Center to continually improve on its reputation of excellence and will prepare us to respond to the inevitable changing roles in the Department of Defense (DOD).
