Perimeter Barrier Selection Guide

Abstract

This document provides a methodology to determine the magnitude of the threat from attack vehicles to the perimeter of a facility. The threat is determined by the penetration tolerance and the maximum speed attainable. After the threat is defined this document assists in choosing an appropriate barrier.
