Engineering Assistant AFSC 553 X 0 Training Requirements Analysis. Volume 1

Abstract

This training requirements analysis was requested in order to provide a comprehensive data base of training requirements to support training decisions. The project was initiated to evaluate the adequacy, feasibility, and efficiency of the training being provided within this rapidly changing, highly technical career ladder. Current issues include the need to revise the specialty training standard, rewrite the career development courses, and keep up with changing technology.
