A Laser ECM and ESM Facility.

Abstract

This Research Report discusses a Laser ECM/ESM Facility, which was developed to conduct electronic countermeasure and electron support measure investigations of electro-optic systems. Detailed attention has been drawn to atmospheric effects within the system, and criteria are discussed which are employed to evaluate conditions where such effects become significant.
