Republic of Korea Peninsula Master Plan: Decision Pad Calculations

Abstract

The ROK Peninsula Master Plan (PMP) defines and assesses options for restationing U.S. Forces on installations within the ROK during FY1991-FY2000. It establishes a set of criteria for USFK planners to use to evaluate the relative desirability of retaining installations. This paper explains the details of the calculations used in the PMP by showing an example of the calculations for one sample installation.
