Abstract

The purpose of the Troubleshooting Assessment and Enhancement (TAE) R and D effort was to develop, test, and evaluate a low-cost, microcomputer based system to provide an objective measurement of the troubleshooting proficiency of Navy technicians. This technical note presents the results of the design and development effort. It provides the system requirements, program design description, TAE software, and the TAE administration guide.
