Meteorological Instrumentation Support for an Adverse Weather Test Facility

Abstract

This report defines the various basic meteorological instruments to be utilized in support of an all weather performance reliability testing facility for smart munition's millimeter wave/infrared sensors. The instrumentations discussed will measure the following environment conditions: wind direction and speed, temperature, barametric pressure, humidity, rain rate, and solar radiance.
