Technology Insertion (TI)/Industrial Process Improvement (IPI) Task Order Number 1. Quick Fix Plan for AGMC, 1 RCC (MAPBGA)

Abstract

During the 4th quarter, 1988, the contractor MDMSC completed process baseline development of Resource Control Center (RCC) MAPBGA at AGMC at Newark, Ohio. The process baseline development effort was performed as a part of the Technology Insertion-Engineering Services (TI-ES) Program. Process baseline development revealed that opportunities for improvement exist at MAPBGA; MDMSC reviewed 100% of the current workload repair processes for two purposes: first, to establish an operational baseline from which improvements can be measured and second, to identify technological improvements to assist the base command in meeting its commitments.
