Abstract

This Interim Report describes a major part of the effort in the first year of a two-year task known as an Investigation of Techniques for Accrediting Surrogate Targets. It discusses the makeup of the major product, which is a state-of-the-art report consisting of ten chapters focused on the subject of accreditation. The Interim Report discusses in some detail the activities of the effort in achieving its goals, for the period from April 1990 to the end of the calendar year 1990.
