The Army Study Program Fiscal Year 1991 Report

Abstract

This document presents the major command and Army staff agency study agendas for Fiscal Year 1991. This year, as in previous years, The Army Study Program (TASP) comprises a wide range of analytical efforts which are intended to address the major issues of the Army under the auspices of Army Regulation 5- 5, Army Studies and Analyses. This is the fifth consecutive year in which the Army Study Program has been developed and examined with respect to Critical Army Issues. This report is designed to provide the study community with a wide range of analytical efforts which are intended to address the major/critical issues of the Army under the purview of Army Regulation 5-5, Army Studies and Analyses. This document examines studies with regard to their potential impact upon the Army and various other attributes.
