Study of Elementary Reactions and Energy Transfer Processes Involving the NH and CN Free Radicals

Abstract

Collaborative theoretical and experimental studies of a variety of elementary chemical reactions and collisional energy transfer processes involving small molecular free radicals, with particular emphasis on the NH and CN molecules, have been carried out. Specific topics studied included: molecular free radicals, collisional energy transfer, chemical reactions, excited states, and molecular decomposition.
