Abstract

This report cites the results of studies and surveys conducted to meet requirements of this program. The document further analyzes the alternatives available to the Marine Corps for achieving the desired system capability and in the appendix. 'MLSS Paper Prototype', provides a recommended course of action for a successful Phase II SBIR effort.
